PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION
COMPOUND, GUN SLUSHING
This specification has been approved by the Naval
Ordnance Systems Command, Department of the Navy.
1.
SCOPE
1.1 The gun slushing compound covered by this specification is
intended for use as a corrosion preventive on ferrous and nonferrous
metals which are stored indoors or outdoors for indefinite periods.
(See 6.1.).
